Hello, I’m Stefka

Senior Content Manager with experience in AI Prompting, UX Design and Reputation Management based in Munich. Currently, I’m focusing on my studies in Computer Science, leading a writing group in Munich & identifying new opportunities.

Professional Experience

I aim to tell stories. I’ve had the opportunity to work for both internationally-known and small, family-founded companies. That has given me insights into the many structures at the heart of my work projects, such as:

    • Design and content creation for whole websites, central landing pages and various digital outlets.
    • Teaching in the fields of UX/UI as well as various writing and design-related topics.
    • Project management and event management for the writing groups I lead and host.

I am a problem solver who aims to create inspiring and valuable experiences. As a person with many passions, I always enjoy learning new things and broadening my horizons.

Featured Projects

Teacher for UX/UI Design

Between 2021 and 2025, I worked as a teacher for UX/UI design courses at the Münchner Volkshochschule (MVHS). Education is a topic close to my heart, and I believe in lifelong learning as well as imparting knowledge to others.

100wordproject

At the end of 2020, our writing community decided to do a little holiday story exchange. From 2021 – 2024, I’ve run a monthly meetup for which we create and share 100-word-stories – also called drabbles. We’ve also published a selection of our stories in an anthology.

Creative Questers & Shut Up & Write! ©

With the Creative Questers, I aimed to create a space for writers to connect, explore and learn. This includes the organization of different meetups, workshops and writing challenges – to help all of us to grow and network. Beyond the writing group, I was also co-hosting a monthly podcast on the topic of creativity and writing that ran between 2023 and 2024.

Beyond that, I’m part of the international Shut Up & Write!-community. As such, I host and lead events every week that allow people to explore their creativity in a space of fellow writers and, of course, be held accountable for their writing goals.
